Supervision and Professional Development
Supervision is a vital part for your growth as a psychotherapist. I offer a supportive sanctuary for both you and your practice. The role of a psychotherapist can often feel solitary and overwhelming, making supervision a crucial space for reflection, growth, and connection.
Within our supervision sessions, my aim is to create a nurturing environment where you can untangle the complexities of your work, take risks, and explore your vulnerabilities openly. I offer a safe haven where you can feel seen, heard, and validated.
I trained with Metanoia in supervision practice and have learnt that acollaborative approach will guide both of us to be open and deepen our experiences as psychotherapists.
Through a colleague-to-colleague partnership, we unravel the intricate dynamics and patterns at play within you and your clients’ therapeutic relationships. It is a space for personal and professional exploration, self-discovery, and learning together.
My aim as supervisor is for us to illuminate new perspectives, refine both our practices and support your growth as a competent and compassionate psychotherapist.
