About me. My approach to therapy…
Actually, it's all about you…
My job and my passion as a psychotherapist is helping people to understand themselves, manage their inner world, and navigate the many different stages and challenges we all face throughout our lives.
Let's face it, everyone has problems. That's life. And when it all gets on top and feels too much, seeking professional support and guidance from a trained therapist can help you get to the other side of whatever you're going through.
I've always been fascinated by what makes us human, how we evolve, and our incredible power to heal from even the most challenging situations. Whether you're facing:
Recent personal crisis or trauma
Anxiety or depression symptoms
Relationship difficulties
Long-standing emotional issues
Questions about life purpose and meaning
I am dedicated to providing the therapeutic support you need to feel better and thrive.
My Therapy Philosophy:
Bad news: Sorry guys, there's no magic bullet. There's no cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all solution. We are all beautifully unique. There is valuable work to be done in the therapeutic process.
Good news: You can feel better. There are many routes to find your way to healing, strength, and happiness. Together through therapy, we will discover what works best for you. And I will be here as your therapist to help you along the way.
Beyond the Therapy Room:
My interests range from philosophy and anthropology to music, art, outdoor swimming, and spending precious time with family and friends. These diverse experiences inform my holistic approach to therapy and well-being.
