Individual Psychotherapy

The first step to therapy is to try and understand the trigger that led you to seek help. Once you grasp the underlying reasons for your visit, you can begin to reconnect to a deeper part of yourself.

Together we will look at how you interact with yourself and the world. How your thoughts are affecting how you face your life. 

Together, we will work towards helping you cultivate a more positive relationship with both yourself and the world by exploring the connection to your mind and your feelings. 

Psychotherapy with me is a weekly practice. The therapeutic relationship can be an enriching one, creating greater openness and insight into both yourself and others, leading to a deeper sense of peace and balance in your life.
